Dinan to Gennes, April 4

Last night was a bit noisy with paper-thin walls.  We drove into Dinan where we had cafe au lait and a croissant at the place we ate lunch at yesterday.  Then, we strolled the open air market, but not for too long as it was cold and we don't have a kitchen anyhow.  Then, we drove to Gennes, not far from Saumur where we are at a little hotel, La Longue Vue.  We are the only guests!  We drove into Saumur, got our usual baguette, cheese and ham and ate in the car overlooking the castle, it being too cold to sit outside.

Then, we drove to a big place where mushrooms are grown and bought some pâté and a soup.  We drove back to Gennes on the other (north) side of the Loire, and went to a Super U, bought a pot to heat water so we can make our own tea and coffee.  Now, we are sitting in our room catching up on email etc.
